The chai spices are direct-sourced through Burlap & Barrel. It's a warming blend of coriander, cinnamon flake, black peppercorn, fennel seed, ginger, cardamom, and clove.
Simmer 2 tablespoons in two-quarts of water for 45 minutes with the lid on. Each batch yields 4 cups.
